The American Bar Association (ABA) Labor and Employment Law section has organized a webinar entitled “Compliance in Termination of Employment: Perspectives from Southeast Asia” to be held on October 25, 2023, Wednesday, at 9pm (PHT).

American companies do a lot of business in Southeast Asia and manage large workforces based here. It is inevitable that the need to exit employees arises in the course of business. The compliance landscape in termination of employment relationships often appears to be a maze to navigate, since it is seldom if not always dependent on contractual rights. Statutory provisions and case law heavily dictate outcomes.
