CMS CMNO is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Jurecko as a partner in its Real Estate practice in Bratislava. His appointment will strengthen the firm’s real estate capabilities and support the team’s continued growth. During his career, Martin has worked at both local and international law firms.
Martin has over 20 years’ experience advising clients on real estate and construction, corporate and M&A, and banking and finance law. His other areas of expertise include commercial and disputes law. Martin is highly respected in the market as one of the leading real estate, M&A, and corporate lawyers. He has advised both local and international clients on a wide range of transactions. His extensive experience spans multiple jurisdictions and a diverse array of industry sectors, such as financial institutions, IT, manufacturing, private equity, transportation, retail, and telecommunications, media and technology.
Martin primarily advises foreign investors and major domestic funds on real estate transactional matters. He also provides counsel on other aspects of real estate, including leasing, construction and development. However, he also has extensive expertise advising private equity, venture capital, transportation, IT and telecommunications clients as well as certain expertise advising clients in commercial disputes.
