Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes, S.C. advised Altum Capital as sponsor and Legorreta, Gómez y Asociados, S. de R.L. de C.V. as settlor, co-investor and manager in the establishment of its first CKD Credit Fund for a total amount of $1,813 million Pesos as well as in the public restricted offering and initial issuance of capital development certificates (known as CKDs), in two series, subject to a capital calls mechanism. The CKDs were listed in the Mexican institutional stock exchange BIVA.
