Shearman & Sterling represented CK Hutchison International (20) Limited as the issuer and CK Hutchison Holdings Limited as the guarantor in connection with the issuance of $750 million 2.5% guaranteed notes due 2030 and $750 million 3.375% guaranteed notes due 2050. These notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange.
CK Hutchison Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based multinational conglomerate listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company operates five core business divisions in over 50 countries, including ports and related services, retail, infrastructure, energy and telecommunications as well as finance & investments and other operations.
