Thomson Geer advised Chalice Mining on the sale of its Hawkstone Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project in Western Australia to exploration company Stavely Mining in a cash and scrip deal valued at A$1.4 million.
Thomson Geer's tasks included advising on deal structuring, drafting, negotiation and settlement of the transaction documents and attending to completion of the transaction.
The team included Partner Paul Harley, Associate Samantha Brooks and Lawyer Brianna Wallace.
