After a decade of providing legal solutions for business development and dispute resolution, CEPD Abogados is consolidating the launch of its Labor Law practice, reinforcing its holistic and multidisciplinary approach.
As of Monday, March 10, Paula González Díaz assumed leadership of this new service area, taking on the challenge of defining legal and business strategies, positioning the practice within the national market, and developing her team.
Paula is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Social Security Law from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez —where she graduated with the highest grades in her class— and a Master’s degree in Law and Gender from Universidad de Jaén, Spain.
Throughout her career, Paula has worked as a senior associate at Claro y Cía. and previously served as an associate in the labor group at Carey y Cía. Her expertise focuses on providing strategic labor and social security law advisory services to companies, covering collective bargaining, regulatory compliance, and complex litigation. She also has experience in labor relations planning and management, legal defense in judicial disputes, and the implementation of strategies to prevent labor conflicts.
This new practice area will work in close coordination with other key areas such as M&A, Natural Resources, Real Estate, and Dispute Resolution, among others, offering customized legal solutions aligned with current regulatory challenges.
