CCA ONTIER has just strengthened its Corporate / M&A Department with the integration of Sara Reis, who is now the new Team Managing Associate. The lawyer moved from Miranda & Associados where she was part of the Corporate / M&A Department as ‘Principal Associate’.
Sara Reis, who also worked at PLMJ and AAA law firms, has over 15 years of experience in Corporate, with a focus on cross-border operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, in the drafting, analysis and negotiation of agreements for the purchase and sale of shares / quotas, company agreements and shareholders agreements, establishment of credit institutions, and performance of legal due diligences to various types of national and international companies. She also has experience in Banking and Financial Law, Insurance Law and Tourism Law.
