Avance advises CapMan Infra in establishment of a JV with SkartaNYAB Plc focusing primarily on solar power projects located in Finland. The JV would acquire Skarta Energy, which will continue its business in the development of renewable energy projects and independent electricity production. CapMan Infra will own 60 % and SkartaNYAB 40 % of all shares in the joint venture. The enterprise value of Skarta Energy in the transaction is 22 million euros. Closing of the transaction is scheduled to take place by the end of 2022.
