Thomson Geer has advised the shareholders of medical solutions provider, CAB Medical Pty Ltd in the sale of their business to Australasian-owned, EBOS Medical Devices Australia Pty Limited (EBOS). EBOS Healthcare offers the widest range of medical, pharmaceutical, equipment and daily consumable products in Australia.
Thomson Geer's involvement included advising on the initial term sheet; drafting and negotiating all transaction documents; and attending to completion of the transaction.
