Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Novartis on the sale of a building right for a new production

Novartis Pharma Stein AG sold a building right on part of its industry area in Stein to Lonza AG. Lonza plans to construct a large-scale, commercial drug product fill & finish facility, which is expected to be completed in 2026. Lonza invests approx. CHF 500 million in its new facility.Bär & Karrer
