BUK. Boost SpA and The Ninja Company SpA acquisition

1. Deal Description

Guerrero Olivos represented HR software developer, Buk SpA (“BUK”) in the acquisition of 2 companies. One of them is Boost SpA, a company that developed a software for the training areas in corporations and the other is The Ninja Company SpA, that implements tranings through Microsoft Excel.

Our corporate and tax teams were in charge of the whole transaction, which included the due diligence process, negotiation and structuring of the deal, and the execution of the final documents.

These operations are part of the expansion plan of BUK in Chile, complementing its business through training software programs.
