On April 11, 2024, the Company issued Class 6 Notes, denominated, subscribed, integrated, and payable in US Dollars in Argentina, at a fixed annual rate of 5.98%, maturing on April 11, 2026, for a nominal value of US$10,000,000 (the "Notes").
The Notes are authorized for listing and trading on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. through the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires, and for trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
