MIAMI (Oct. 12, 2017) — Lauren Deutch, senior counsel in Broad and Cassel LLP’s Miami office, has received the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s 40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of South Florida award.
Award recipients were nominated by their peers to receive this award and selected by a committee comprised of well-known local attorneys and community leaders. This year’s 40 Under 40 nominees have demonstrated excellence in the legal field and contributed significantly to the community. Deutch will be recognized at a gala event in November benefitting the Foundation.
Deutch is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and represents developers, sellers and purchasers in the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of real property. She has vast experience in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, and representing clients in mediations and arbitrations.
Additionally, Deutch dedicates her time to several organizations in the South Florida community, including mentoring young women through the Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program. Deutch holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and received her juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
