Avance advises Bravida Finland in the acquisition of plumbing and HVAC company LVI-Press Oy, thereby expanding Bravida’s operations to include southwestern Finland. Bravida Finland is part of Nasdaq Stockholm listed Bravida, the leading service and installation company in the Nordics.
LVI-Press Oy is based in Raisio, outside Turku in Finland, and offers a wide range of services for both renovations and new buildings.
Bravida will take over as the new owner on 1 January 2023.
