Chambers and Partners have published its rankings of the UK legal profession and has reflected the consistent and growing success of Brandsmiths by recognising a number of our teams and senior members.
In Intellectual Property, Brandsmiths have ranked Band 3 (North West) & Band 5 (London).
This is a great reflection on the firm and its growth, continuing to recognise Adam Morallee, Andrew Lee and Michael Forrester, with the new addition of Aaron Wood, a Band 1 senior trade mark attorney. Aaron joined the firm last year and has added to our growing capabilities in trade mark management, and is himself instructed by a number of other specialist trade mark firms for his skills.
The additional recognition for trade mark portfolio management and trade mark disputes highlights our ability to handle not just the most business critical commercial disputes, but also the key IP assets of the business on an ongoing basis. It shows we bring the same creativity, persistence and personality to an important part of the lifeblood of creative businesses that we have made our hallmark since the firm was established.
