BOYANOV & Co. advised Albania Telecom Invest (ATI), a joint venture of Mr. Spas Roussev and the Bulgarian businessman of Albanian origin Elvin Guri, on the acquisition of Telekom Albania from OTE (Deutsche Telekom) for a total consideration of EUR 50 million.

BOYANOV & Co. advised ATI on the entire deal – participation in an auction organised by OTE, submission of a bid, legal due diligence, negotiation of the sale and purchase agreement, an escrow agreement and set of other transaction documents, negotiation of the financing for the deal from First Investment Bank.
