Florencia graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 1999 and obtained a Master in Business Law in Austral University in 2003. She joined Bomchil in 1997. In her extensive career she performed several tasks, participating in important mergers and acquisitions, providing complex legal advice on corporate issues and, in the last years, developing the Compliance practice. She has an active participation in the academic field and professional entities.
Melisa graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Nacional del Sur in 2004 and obtained a Master's Degree in Law and Economics in 2010 at the Universidad Torcuato di Tella. Since joining the firm in 2009 she has specialized in litigation, representing clients in complex commercial matters and class actions in consumer, banking, environmental, insurance and medical malpractice law. She is also a professor in civil and contracts law at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and coordinator of the Probono Committee of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and the Probono area of Bomchil.
The appointment of Florencia and Melisa is made at a very special moment of our firm, which celebrates its centenary in 2023.
