BLOMSTEIN, together with lindenpartners, supported DiliTrust, a leading CLM provider in Europe, on its acquisition of the legal tech startup PACTA. The BLOMSTEIN team, led by Roland Stein and Anna Huttenlauch, advised on investment control and merger control aspects of this transaction.

With this acquisition, both companies aim to consolidate the European market under the DiliTrust Group umbrella, creating a stronger and more innovative player in the legal tech solutions sector.

Headquartered in Paris, DiliTrust is one of Europe's leading legal tech providers, supporting various companies such as Airbus, VW, Toshiba, and the Munich Airport. DiliTrust offers its clients AI-based SaaS solutions to optimise and simplify legal workflows.

PACTA, based in Berlin and Osnabrück, is a legal AI platform focused on making contract management transparent, efficient, and legally secure through AI-driven solutions.
