Hernando Becerra has over 20 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Structured Finance, as well as Infrastructure and Energy (with particular focus on renewable energies). Previously, he was a partner at Pérez-Llorca (formerly González Calvillo), where he worked for more than a decade, and served as an international attorney at Milbank LLP. He was also an associate at Ritch, Mueller y Nicolau S.C.
