Berwins Solicitors is delighted to support to the Harrogate Advertiser’s latest campaign, which is seeking to put an end to loneliness among older people in the area.

The firm – which supports both private clients and businesses with expert legal advice – has a long-standing commitment to caring for both clients and, through involvement with a range of events, the local community.

As the only Law Firm in the Harrogate area with experts who hold the well respected ‘Solicitors for the Elderly’ accreditation, taking special care of this section of society is a real area of focus for Berwins, not least for head of the firm’s Life team, Julie Jewers.

Commenting on the initiative, Julie said “Loneliness among our town’s older residents is, unfortunately a real issue, one which as specialists in the field of older client law, we’re particularly aware of.”

“We pride ourselves on the care we offer to our clients and I’m delighted that we can join as part of this campaign to make a difference to the lives of individuals and to put an end to loneliness locally.”

Further details of the campaign, which will run throughout November and December, can be found online and in print through the Harrogate Advertiser.
