Bernitsas Law advises on the sale of a significant minority stake in Ellaktor SA

Bernitsas Law advised Greenhill Investments Limited and Kiloman Holdings Limited
on the sale of their c.30% stake in Ellaktor SA (Ellaktor) to Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries SA (Motor Oil) in consideration for €182m. The transaction was signed and closed on 6 May 2022.

Ellaktor is the parent company of one of the leading constructions, concessions, energy and waste management groups in Greece and Motor Oil is the parent company of one of Greece's leading energy groups.
