Bernitsas Law advised Delta Foods on the sale of its c. 43.2% stake
in MEVGAL to members of the Hatzakou family, the other major shareholder
of MEVGAL. The transaction was signed on 28 July and completed on 29
July 2021.
Delta Foods SA is a subsidiary of Vivartia, the largest food company in Southeast Europe and a leading dairy company in Greece.
