Bernitsas acted as Greek law counsel to Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries SA (MOH) in connection with its successful issuance and offering to institutional investors of €400m Senior Unsecured Notes due 2031 (the Notes) and the listing of the Notes on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin.
MOH will use the proceeds of the transaction, together with cash on hand, to redeem in full its existing €400m senior notes due 2026, including accrued and unpaid interest thereon, and to pay fees and expenses in connection with the transaction.
