On February 10, 2025, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. issued: (i) Class XXI simple, non-convertible, unsecured notes, denominated, subscribed, and payable in Pesos, for a nominal value of AR$79,786,900,000; and (ii) Class XXII simple, non-convertible, unsecured notes, denominated, subscribed, and payable in U.S. Dollars in Argentina, for a nominal value of US$73,823,009. The issuances were carried out under the CNV’s Frequent Issuer Regime.

 

The Class XXI Notes will mature on February 10, 2026, and will accrue interest at a variable rate equivalent to the TAMAR Private Rate plus a 2.75% nominal annual margin. Interest payments will be made quarterly, and the principal will be repaid in a single installment on the maturity date.

The Class XXII Notes will mature on August 10, 2025, and will accrue interest at a fixed nominal annual rate of 4.15%. Both the interest and principal will be paid in a single installment on the maturity date.

 

The Notes were rated “ML A-1.ar” by Moody’s Local Argentina on February 4, 2025, and have been authorized for listing and trading on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
