Thomson Geer has acted for private equity firm, Banyan Software Australia Pty Ltd in its acquisition of Australian location tracking provider, Ready Track Pty Ltd. Banyan operates a private equity investment fund focussing on acquiring established software businesses.
Thomson Geer advised Banyan on all aspects of the transaction. This acquisition strengthens Banyan's position in the telematics and fleet tracking market.
