B P Collins has advised TMD Technologies Limited, a subsidiary of TMD Holdings Limited, on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of G2E Management Limited.
TMD Technologies is a world leading provider of technologically advanced equipment for radar, EW, communications, EMC testing, scientific and medical applications. G2E Management Ltd is the parent company of G2 Engineering Limited, a specialist hi-tech microwave design and manufacturing company and the acquisition solidifies TMD’s position as leader in this market. TMD will continue to develop, design and manufacture a range of radar transponders and support equipment for applications that include missiles and manned aircraft.
The transaction was led by the Corporate and Commercial team with Chris Brazier, senior associate, advising on employment matters.
