AZA Makes BTI Super Listener A-Team 2026, Ranked by Clients for Best at Business Development
HOUSTON – AZA was named to a national list of the most effective business developers in BTI Super Listener A-Team 2026: Clients Rank Law Firms Best at Business Development.
The list compiled by BTI, which specializes in strategic legal market research, is largely populated by national Big Law firms. BTI polls general counsels and other elite consumers of top-drawer legal advice. BTI said the folks being polled name firms like AZA unprompted.
BTI said law firms like AZA “find a way to get inside the client’s problem before it’s fully formed.”
BTI said the firms on this list are super listeners, anticipate client needs, develop innovative solutions, display creativity, educate clients and develop co-solutions and trust.
“Nothing beats these behaviors for developing new business,” BTI says. The best business developers know this. Together, these behaviors define how clients decide who gets the call – and who doesn’t.”
AZA has repeatedly made the national BTI list for most-feared firms and for best client service. AZA partner Monica Uddin was named one of BTI’s 240 national lawyers with the best client service. For 2026, BTI listed AZA in the Awesome Opponents category of the most-feared list.
