Andra Rubene, Attorney at Law, Partner, and Reinis Grunte, Associate at TGS Baltic, assisted the majority shareholder Havi Global Logistics GmbH with the buy-out of the minority shareholder of the Latvian company SIA Havi Logistics. TGS Baltic assisted with reviewing and drafting of the SPA, updating of the shareholder register, organising and ensuring of signing and registration of the transfer of title to the shares of SIA Havi Logistics from the minority shareholder to the majority shareholder Havi Global Logistics GmbH.
