Arzinger's lawyers have successfully defended the interests of the client Danone Dnipro LLC in a labour dispute over the reinstatement of an employee made redundant, compensation for lost earnings and moral damages in the Supreme Court.
At the same time, it was Arzinger's lawyers who handled the redundancy of a mid-level manager in the client's regional office and the execution of the relevant documents at the pre-trial stage as well as the labour dispute in all three courts.
The dispute was complicated by the nuances of contradictory court practice and outdated labour legislation as well as the fact that the employee worked remotely (in Lviv), away from the company's head office in Kyiv.
Support in the case was provided by lawyers of Arzinger's regional office in Lviv Senior Associate Natalia Anokhina and Junior Associate Maryana Sytar as well as Associate of Labour Law practice in Kyiv Ksenia Lotosh, under the supervision of Alesya Pavlynska, Counsel of Labour Law practice.
