Arzinger's team successfully defended MBP-Teplomerezha LLC, a large Ukrainian construction company, in Supreme Court, in appealing the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine ("AMCU") on an alleged violation in the form of bid rigging.
Given the legal position developed by our lawyers, the Supreme Court, established that the allegations by the AMCU were groundless, canceled the fine of UAH 3.8 million imposed on MBP-Teplomerezha LLC and lifted the 3-year ban on the Company's participation in public procurement, which had earlier been applied by the AMCU.
