Arzinger acted as a Ukrainian legal adviser to Zeus Packaging Group (Ireland) in relation to global acquisition of the Austrian-based food packaging manufacturer Petruzalek Group. Legal advice included, in particular, due diligence of the Ukrainian target, merger clearance and financing matters related to Ukrainian angle of the transaction.
