Thomson Geer has advised Anthony Redfern and Holize Pty Ltd (Holize) in the sale of their mining services business, MGW Engineering Pty Ltd, trading as "Forefront Services", to engineering services provider, Tasmea Limited. MGW Engineering is a specialised mining services business focusing on steel fabrication/construction and poly fabrication/installation.
Thomson Geer provided legal services to Holize on all aspects of the sale of this company, including drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, ongoing employment of our client and ancillary documents. This matter allowed our client to exit their business.
