Alston & Bird has further enhanced its Private Equity Team by welcoming partners Jonathan Manor and Simon Root to the firm’s Silicon Valley office.

Both Jonathan and Simon join Alston & Bird from Kirkland & Ellis in the Bay Area. The firm’s Private Equity Team assists private equity firms, venture capital funds, and other private investors with their transactional needs throughout the entire investment cycle, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, take-privates, and growth equity and venture capital investments, as well as portfolio company add-on acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, financings, and other transactions.
