ORLANDO, Fla. (Feb. 22, 2017) — Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel today announced the addition of Aleas Koos as an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group.

Koos joins the firm’s Orlando office after previously serving as a real estate associate at Akerman. While

there, she was involved in a variety of negotiations tied to real estate purchase and sale agreements, easements, right of way utilization agreements, homeowners’ association documents, covenants, conditions and restrictions, and development agreements. She represents developers, homebuilders, private equity groups and investors in all phases of the acquisition, development, and sale of real property.

Admitted to practice in Florida, Koos holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and earned her juris doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin. Active in community and professional organizations, Koos is a Lakes Advisory Board Member for the City of Maitland and a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
