Ms. Ummi Jalilova (Managing Partner of GRATA Azerbaijan office at the same time the Chairperson of the Construction and Infrastructure Working Group), made opening remarks and introduced the colleagues from GRATA Uzbekistan office to the participants of the meeting.

Then, Mr. Bakhodir Jabborov, Managing Partner of GRATA Uzbekistan, made a presentation on doing business in Uzbekistan. In his speech, he delivered detailed information about the establishment of the legal presence in the country, the forms of establishment, etc. Mr. Jabborov also covered questions related to the free economic zones and Mr. Atabek Sharipov, Partner, Head of Banking & Finance Practice in Uzbekistan covered the points arising out of banking and finance industry. The meeting was followed by a lively question and answers session with the participation of the member companies of AHK Azerbaijan.
