Estudio Echecopar, member firm of Baker & McKenzie International, acted as legal counsel to Scotiabank Peru S.A.A., as lender, in connection with a term loan facility denominated in Soles in an aggregate principal amount of up to PEN 249,258,000 to Interconexion Electrica ISA Peru S.A. The proceeds of which shall be used to refinance the existing bridge loan entered into with the lender.
