Rebaza, Alcázar & de las Casas advised Enel in the sale of 100% of its electricity distribution business in Peru to China Southern Power Grid International (CSGI), a Chinese state-owned enterprise. The sale included a 100% of the shares owned by Enel SpA in Enel Distribución Perú S.A.A. (around 83.15% of Enel Distribución outstanding shares), and in Enel X Perú S.A.C., an electricity related services provider. The completion of the transaction is subject to fulfilment of certain conditions and the consideration is approximately US$ 2.9 billion.
