DGKV advised ContourGlobal Maritsa East 3 AD, the Bulgarian unit of the US-based power producer ContourGlobal, which operates thermal power plant Maritsa East 3, on a EUR 78.6 mln contract for purchase of greenhouse gas emission allowances from the Germany-based Statkraft Markets. The contract was signed under a public procurement procedure. DGKV’s team was led by Partner Milan Pandev and included Senior Associate Yassen Spassov and Associate Kamen Gogov.
