We represented Advance Real Estate in the acquisition of eight industrial buildings located in Queretaro and Toluca from Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta for a total purchase price of USD$109.3 million. Vesta will continue to act as asset manager for the portfolio. The transaction closed after receving the regulatory authorization from the Mexican Antitrust Commission (Comisión Nacional de Competencia Economica).
