We advised private equity firm Morpho Investments on its first two strategic investments following the successful first close of its inaugural USD 55 million fund. Our team provided comprehensive legal support across both transactions, from structuring to execution.

The first investment involves a co-investment with Hassan Allam Holding in Jinet Agriculture, a large-scale agricultural development park spanning 14,200 feddans in West Minya, aimed at enhancing Egypt’s food security, boosting export potential, and enabling industrial-scale agricultural processing.

The second investment supports the regional expansion of Agriventures, a berry-focused precision agriculture company. The investment will enable Agriventures to participate in the growing, selling, and marketing of berries in Saudi Arabia and Oman.

Our team was led by Ragy Soliman, Managing Partner, Co-Head of M&A and Capital Markets, Laila Shoukry, Managing Associate, and Ahd Ayad, Junior Associate.

Congratulations to Ayman Soliman, Managing Partner and Co-Founder, Ihab Rizk, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, and Kamal Tarek, Legal Counsel, Nermin Adel, Vice President, and Mohamed Nashaat, Associate of Morpho Investments on this achievement.
