• Acting for Commercial Development Investment Ltd in respect of their commercial negotiations with the Government of Gibraltar in order to secure one of the largest development sites in Gibraltar and the granting of a lease for the construction of over 30,000 square metres of commercial and residential space. The overall development construction budget is between £150-£200 million.
