The arbitration was conducted under the rules of the Center of Mediation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago.
Claimant sought damages for more than 1 million dollars for unpaid completed work.
Abogabir Miranda -on behalf of the construction company- filed a counter suit for damages caused by claimant.
