AB Tewox, a company managed by Lords LB Asset Management, has acquired a retail park in Konin, continuing its consistent expansion in the Polish commercial real estate market. The fund was advised in the transaction by CRIDO Law Firm and CRIDO Consulting.

AB Tewox is steadily expanding its portfolio of retail parks in Poland. After finalizing the transaction, the company manages nine facilities with a total leasable area of about 61,000 sqm, and the value of the company's Polish portfolio exceeds €100 million.

The subject of the transaction is a retail park that is part of the Dekada Konin project - an integrated shopping and communication center located in the city center. The building, with a leasable area of about 5,440 sqm, was opened in 2023 and is integrated with a new railroad and bus station. Tenants include recognizable retail brands, including Biedronka, Pepco, Rossmann, TEDi and other convenience and drugstore chains.

CRIDO Law Firm advised the buyer comprehensively throughout the transaction process. The project involved Maciej Gorgol (counsel), Bartosz Ostrowski (counsel) and Witold Bandurski (associate). In parallel, the consulting firm CRIDO supported the transaction in the tax area. The team was led by Anna Pleskowicz (partner) with the participation of Maximilian Gorka (senior manager).

"The transaction confirms the growing interest of investors from Poland's neighboring countries in stable retail assets in regional cities. We are happy to have supported AB Tewox with another project strengthening its presence on the Polish market, and at the same time we thank them for their trust and professional cooperation in a super atmosphere," says Anna Pleskowicz, a partner at CRIDO.
