Claude Niedner comments: “I would like to express my warmest thanks to Philippe Dupont for his unfailing commitment during our joint mandate which included many challenges both on a national and on a global scale. Arendt's unique positioning has enabled us to meet these challenges with flying colours and we have come out of this with confidence in our development strategy.

Arendt’s offering is the combination of consulting, legal, outsourcing and investor services. In the coming years, we will continue to anticipate the needs of our clients and strengthen the integration of our services to provide them with solutions for their business. And even more importantly we will continue to work together as one team, providing our clients with the service they expect to receive from us.

I am delighted to begin this new mandate with Michèle Eisenhuth, with whom I have had the pleasure of working for over 25 years.”

The group has indeed accelerated the development of new services in recent years with the integration of market leaders in areas such as managed services, AML/CFT and Forensic Investigations, making it a leading provider of services in those areas.

Philippe Dupont adds: “Last year we reached the 1000 employees’ mark in the group, and this is a very important step in our development. More than a milestone, it is a change of scale.

It is time for me to devote myself entirely to our clients and to step down as Co-Chair. I am delighted that our partners have appointed Michèle Eisenhuth to replace me as Co-Chair, I think we couldn't have asked for a better representative; Michèle is both an internationally recognised expert and a partner who is particularly appreciated internally. I am convinced that together with Claude, with whom I had the pleasure of sharing my mandate, she will be able to pursue the vision that the group has set out for the coming years. There are still many challenges ahead, but the team at the head of our group is best placed to meet them.”

As we reach the firm’s 35th anniversary, we are also reaching a level of maturity that gives our independent group both agility and strength. We all share the common DNA of the firm since its creation in 1988, we are entrepreneurs and because we are like minded, we can move fast.

I am proud to join Claude Niedner as Co-Chair of Arendt, a group that has always made the recognition and development of talent an essential part of its growth. The next three years promise to be exciting, and I intend to devote my energy to infuse our strategy into our partnership of now more than 60 partners, and to take the younger generation to the top. Jean-Marc Ueberecken notes: “I salute the new governance decided by the Arendt partners. It provides our group with valuable stability in a period of international change.

Arendt has continued and continues to grow significantly. But growth in terms of number of people is the result of the success of our strategy. Our strategy consists in providing a unique offer of combined services to our clients. Growth also has an impact and it allows us to invest: first and foremost in our people, and also in our working tools and in particular in technology, which represents a rising share of our investments. Arendt’s technological innovation aims to integrate people and technology, thereby creating new ways of working with the objective of a close connection between our experts and the needs of our clients.”
