We handle all of Trella’s corporate operational needs, including drafting and reviewing agreements, such as service agreements and employment contracts, advising on internal policies, handling term sheets, and advising on their FinTech products. We are also assisting on their financing agreements, which amount to approximately USD 45 million. We additionally advise on legal issues in relation to its sister and holding companies in the Netherlands, Pakistan, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
In addition to the above, we also have a secondment arrangement with Trella in which one of our lawyers is currently working as their in-house legal advisor.
