Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd. and RHB Bank Berhad (acting out of its Singapore office) as the joint bookrunners and underwriters in relation to the private placement undertaken by Elite UK REIT Management Pte. Ltd., in its capacity as the manager of Elite UK REIT, to institutional, accredited and other investors so as to raise gross proceeds of £7.4 million.
