ENGIE Romania retained Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații for legal assistance in relation to this transaction. The team was led by Partner Irina Moinescu (Energy) and consisted of lawyers with various backgrounds, including Raluca Mișu, Managing Associate (Real Estate), Andreea Oprișan, Managing Associate (Competition/Antitrust), Irina Răileanu, Managing Associate (Dispute Resolution), Iuliana Leon, Managing Associate (EPC), Roxana Pană, Managing Associate (Environmental Law), Marius Bârlădeanu, Managing Associate (Corporate/Commercial and Energy).

The acquisition is in line with ENGIE Romania's strategy focused on the development of renewable energies that have a key role in the energy transition.
