Vriman has an extensive track-record in advising (international) financial advisors on a wide range of buyout deal types, secondary/add-on transactions, joint ventures/minority investments and management incentive plans. Commercial Contracting:

Restructurings & Carve-Outs:
Vriman advises companies on a wide range of restructuring scenarios and carve-outs. The firm has completed a number of restructurings for companies in financial distress or otherwise, as well as (pre-transaction) carve-outs.
