THE FIRM
Having appeared numerous times on the hit Channel 4 TV show 24hrs in Police Custody for murder cases in all of which an acquittal was achieved, as a consequence of which the criminal practice has undergone rapid expansion, Attiq Malik spearheads the firm in the areas of serious crime, employment law and human rights law.

CLIENTS
In employment law the firm has acted for businesses of all sizes as well as senior level employees and directors in both contentious and non-contentious matters, providing a full range of services from HR support to representation in litigation. In criminal law the firm is regularly instructed in large scale conspiracy cases such as that of murder, drugs and fraud cases.
In the last year the firm represented the alleged leader of one of Europes’ largest organised crime groups in a Multi-Million Pound money laundering conspiracy. The firm also regularly undertakes pro-bono human rights cases involving actions against authorities for discrimination, such as the police and local authorities.

INTERNATIONAL
The firm have represented individuals who reside abroad and wish to appeal sentences passed in their absence in the UK Courts or those who wish to challenge confiscation orders and related financial enforcement proceedings pursued against them. Languages spoken at the firm include English, Urdu and Punjabi.
