Ms. Li Wenmin specializes in asset-backed securitization and structure finance, private fund, real-estate, infrastructure, public utility and public-private partnership.

Since 2015, based on the profound understanding of commercial bank trade financing products and the financing/quasi-financing business model of reverse-factoring surrounding core enterprise, Ms. Li creatively applies shelf offering system in the securitization of supply-chain financing and trade financing of commercial bank, including but not limited to letter of credit, letter of guarantee, factoring, commercial draft with bank guarantee and commercial draft with bank discount guarantee. Her efforts promote the above underlying assets to become mainstream assets in the market and makes great contribution to the industry standard. Until today, Ms. Li has completed hundreds of securitization projects of all kind, among which many projects have innovative value and serve as industry benchmark, gaining high recognition from the market and regulatory authority.
